Glassmith2 has large format digital fabrication capabilities

Utilizing our 400W open bed laser system. The laser is powered by computer aided machining or CAM software, which interprets vector drawings produced by a number of computer aided design programs like AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Rhinoceros. This allows for consistent and precise fabrication of digital designs, on small and large scales, repeatable at any quantity.

Our laser can handle large format materials, with a cut area measuring 8’ X 4’ as well as a wide range of materials, from kapton to acrylic up to 1” thick. It also has metal cutting capabilities and can handle steel up to .187 gauge. Perfect for brackets, panel boards, and flat pack designs.
